Industrial Compression Springs

To suit a wide variety of applications, a spring is designed in a number of configurations. Our company offers industrial compression springs developed in different wire diameters, wire sizes and shapes using CNC coiling machine. After coiling, the springs are hand worked, grinded and finished. The springs are also tested to check tolerance. Stainless steel, chrome silicon, alloy steel, hard drawn, phosphor bronze or non - ferrous alloys can be used for fabricating these springs. The shapes can be straight cylindrical, conical or tapered, oval, barrel or hourglass. Compression springs find application in a number of industrial devices and machinery (smallest to heavy duty).

This spring can be found in appliances, automotive engines, gardening equipment, medical devices, electronic items, etc.
When purchasing compression spring, specifications, like material, diameter of hole that spring works in, diameter of shaft that spring works over, load at a certain height, rate, max solid height, direction of coil and type of ends; are needed to be considered.
